Researchers in the Department of Nutrition at Harvard School of Public Health show us that quality is in fact very important in determining what we should eat to achieve and maintain a healthy weight, and that the notion of “a calorie is a calorie” does not tell the whole story [a study which looked at over 120,000 healthy women and men]. Furthermore, several other U.S. Food Organizations have started to heavily stress on how food quality is an issue as important as safety.
We have had the privilege of working with the highest level of productive people, from MMA athletes, celebrities, and even high level fortune 500 executives. One thing that remains consistent across this broad spectrum of individuals, is that they always strive to eat the highest quality foods, because time has should that their “input” had a profound affect on their “output”. A correlation that can be observed in anyone who increase the quality of food they consume correctly. Therefore, with this knowledge of what does or doesn’t work for increasing a healthy lifestyle and productivity, we have designed our meal plan service to align with this correlation.
How does it work?
As your personal performance chef, I’ll start by meeting with you face to face for about 30-45 minutes to understand your likes, dislikes and any dietary needs you may have. Once I understand your preferences, I will create a menu personalized to fit you and maximize the quality input. No “cookie cutter” menus here.
Grocery Shopping and Preparation
On your our cook day, I will hand pick the freshest ingredients available, and layout precisely what meal to eat and when, plus any snack meals to eat on your own (which you can get on your own or we can provide for you).
